How the funds will be used

1. All initial funds raised will be used to hire staff for the positions listed.
    
2. Additional funds will be held in reserve to guarantee positions for 2 years.
    
3. We will strive to comply and provide health insurance coverage to all full-time employees.  Research will be conducted how to effectively provide as much coverage as possible within our budget.
    
4. We will need to be able to provide training for various roles, jobs, functions and programs.
    
5. There may be a need to provide additional computers, mobile devices and other equipment.  Currently we have enough equipment for 5 employees.
    
6. Beyond being able to provide for the above items, there are a few A/P items to be reimbursed or covered.
